Information Collection
Our games do not require a BandNation or GetYourGrooveOn account. We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics to create profiles of players.
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, device details, screenshots, and message. We use it only to respond, investigate problems, and improve our games.
We do not sell personal information or use player information for targeted advertising.

Game Progress and iCloud
Game settings and progress may be stored on your device. Ninth Move can use Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services to synchronize campaign progress, saved games, Study Room records, and related game data across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
Cloud data is processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy practices. You can manage iCloud access in your device settings.

Apple Game Center
Our games may use Apple Game Center for player identity, achievements, leaderboards, challenges, and multiplayer features. Game Center may process your display name, player identifier, scores, achievements, match information, and invitations.

Purchases
Optional purchases, including Ninth Move Premium, are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. BandNation LLC does not receive your payment-card information. Apple may provide transaction status and purchase entitlement information so the app can unlock or restore purchased content.

Third-Party Tracking
We do not include third-party advertising networks or cross-app tracking SDKs in our games. Apple services used by the apps are governed by Apple's policies and your Apple Account settings.

Children
Our games do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Apple services, parental controls, purchase approval, and age-related protections are controlled through the player's Apple Account and device settings.

Security
We limit the information we handle and rely on Apple's platform security for iCloud, Game Center, and App Store transactions. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved.

Your Choices
You can manage iCloud, Game Center, notifications, and purchase settings through iOS or iPadOS Settings. You can delete local game data by removing the app. Data synchronized through Apple services may also require management through your Apple Account or iCloud settings.
